1.The effect of energy saving is remarkable. Because the disk filter and screw sieve centrifuge are used for deacidification and washing, the neutralization process is eliminated and the steam consumption is greatly reduced.

2.The products are of high quality. Adopt DCS control, realize automatic chlorination reaction temperature pressure and chlorination, make the difference between each kettle product quality is small, quality is stable. The added dosage is small and efficient, which has little adverse effect on CPE products, and avoids alkali boiling and neutralization, thus avoiding the shortcomings of yellow material, hard surface and salt content.

3.Product brand is rich, applicable to a wide range. In addition to the universal brand of products covering the bulk market, there is a rich variety of other brand formulations available.

4.Waste water discharge less, friendly to the environment. All the concentrated acid in the process is recycled and used, and the surplus concentrated acid can be sold, which avoids all the discharge of dilute acid water generated by water phase method, and reduces the water consumption of 1 ton product from 30 m3 to less than 10 m3. Because the auxiliary agent is less and the concentrated acid is all recovered, the COD in the wastewater is significantly reduced.
